- We have a fully equipped state of the art Central Engineering Works (CEW) situated at Raniganj, West Bengal having a multi-functional workshop facility and central store to cater to our mining activities.
- The CEW is amalgamation of different segments viz. Mining, Drilling, Hydraulic, Fabrication, Engine, Auto-Electric, Pneumatic, Lathe, Central Store and Procurement among which Mining segment is the biggest. At the CEC different kind of machineries (Diesel/ Electrical) are being overhauled, refurbished, modified, assembled/disassembled as well as general maintenance is carried out.
- We have successfully worked on the maintenance as well as assembly work of Low-Capacity Continuous Miner, Road header, Mobile Conveyor, Drill jumbo, LHD, LPDT, Drill rigs, and other ancillary automobiles etc. at the CEW. We have a pool of in house competent persons as well as overseas consultants to carry out these wide range of works at our Central Engineering Works (CEW) itself.
- We also have a strategic business approach towards building a state of art facility as well as well-versed technocrats by making our mid-level and senior level executives of different verticals, to go through various OEM Training as well as Overseas Training Program for upgradation of skill and to be at par with the International Standard.
- To meet the local needs for different Sites for HEMM machineries, we have set up the REW (Regional Engineering Works). This caters the immediate Maintenance and spares management of the company at reginal levels.
