Our Journey

The Journey of Maheshwari Mining Pvt. Ltd., from a coal transportation contractor to a mining solution provider, has been achieved in the last fifty years. We are one of the total end-to-end mining service providers who have experience in all the different underground mining technology be it coal or metal mining. From 1973 MMPL was doing shaft sinking and coal mining in and around Raniganj coal fields, where we have done the sinking of 38 main shafts along with deepening and expansion of different shafts. Also the development of inclines was taken up for Eastern Coalfield Limited. After 1999 MMPL forayed into metal mining with taking contracts of mine development for chromite mines and then it was expanded to other minerals like Copper, Zinc, and Uranium Manganese etc.

We have large fleet of drill rigs to drill deep holes at the time of branch drilling. The industry required the knowledge of geophysics for knowing the mechanical and other properties of the minerals, for which we inducted the geophysical logging of boreholes in the year 2011.

The geotechnical division caters to the infrastructure industry, and we have done a large number of projects for drilling and grouting, cable anchors and other geotechnical projects as required by the industry.

We have established our modern Central Engineering Works (CEW), at Raniganj in 1997. Here we have the latest equipment to take up the maintenance and overhaul of exploration and mining equipment for their maintenance.

Maheshwari Mining Pvt. Ltd. is one of the main contractors who are working with its own equipment and technology to cater to underground mining, with development of its own in-house equipment to speed up the mining activity.

We take the plunge to explain our roles in this market. We serve all the solutions starting from planning, mine designing and constructing infrastructure along with operation, supplying and maintaining equipment for the coal production.
